Jan: “J&A Flowers is a chrysanthemum nursery that my brother André and I set up in 1982. My son, Remco, joined the company in 2010. After some expansion, we have grown into a company of 60,000 m2. The two product locations are fully equipped with modern units that supply guaranteed top quality flowers all year round.”

André: “Jan and Remco have been in charge of a production location since 2017 and have divided the management tasks. I have stepped back a little, but remain in the background and still do things like the cross-breeding, which is unique to chrysanthemum breeders.”

Remco: “J&A Flowers specialises in disbudded chrysanthemums. Through our own cross-breeding and the close contact that we have with major cross-breeders, we can always supply a new and exclusive range of disbudded chrysanthemums. We breed the Gagarin, Fiebre and Zembla Lime chrysanthemums and our Magnum is our latest, and very much welcomed, addition to our range.
